Sagittal
The Sagittal appliance can be designed in the maxilla to produce either an anterior or posterior force. In the mandible it is used to distal drive only.
The upper Sagittal appliance can be designed to correct an asymmetrical Division Two with a skeletal midline deviation, or a critical anchorage Division Two.
